Alka® Greens Caps – Multi+ combines essential vitamins and minerals with a powerful blend of natural, essential ingredients. Each serving consists of two capsules that can be easily taken with a meal.

 

Contains, among other things:

Vitamins: A, B complex, C, D3, E, K2

Minerals: zinc, calcium, magnesium, selenium, iodine, and more

Vegetable and fruit extracts: broccoli, spinach, carrot, kale, apple, pomegranate, grape

Sprouted grasses, algae, herbs, mushrooms, fiber

Vegan omega-3 from ahiflower oil

Lactic acid bacteria (Bacillus coagulans)

Enzyme complex

Recommended dosage

Vitamins: beta-carotene (provitamin A), B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12 (methyl & adenosylcobalamin), C (from acerola), D3 (from pine nuts, vegan), E, K2 (menaquinone-7)

Minerals: calcium (from red algae), magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine (from kelp), molybdenum, chromium

Sprouted grasses: wheatgrass, barley grass

Algae: spirulina, chlorella
