How to use Alka® Minerals?

2 × 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.

For increased requirements: Take 2 capsules twice a day.

The recommended dosage for this updated version of Alka Minerals is lower than that of its predecessor. This means you need fewer capsules per dose.

What do you need to know before use?

Alka® Minerals comes in special blister packaging to guarantee long-term quality. Store in a dry place at room temperature.

I always use a multivitamin. Won't this get too much?

Alka® Minerals can be taken well in addition to a multivitamin. The amount of minerals per daily dose is 50% of the RDA.
Can children also use Alka® Minerals?

Children from 12 years are allowed 2 capsules of Alka® Minerals per day.
What is the difference between Alka® Minerals and Alka® Greens?

The composition, Alka® Greens contains in addition to alkaline minerals also an extensive intestinal complex, fruit and vegetable extracts, fibre and herbal extracts.
There is calcium in the Alka® Minerals. Can they be combined with the Tabs Calcium? Am I not getting too much calcium?
